Having leveled and diverse books in our classroom will give my students the opportunity to take ownership in their reading. They will be able to find and choose books in our classroom library that peek their interest. Our current classroom library does not offer that to my students right now. Many times they are discouraged when reading because classroom library does not cater to their needs a growing reader. Your generous donation will allow my students to choose books that fit them just right as a reader. No longer will they have to choose books that are too easy or hard for them. This will give them the boost of confidence that they need. They will also be able to learn how to choose the correct book for themselves.
