In order to become better writers, it is essential for students to write and conference individually with teachers to create a roadmap for further growth. By incorporating 3 chromebooks in the classroom, teachers and students will be able to easier meet, conference, document, and plan next steps. This is allow for individualized instruction and provides accountability to the students and teachers to ensure continued progress. Teachers and students will use apps such as Evernote to create individual student portfolios, which will allow students and teacher to identify patterns and trends in students' reading and writing. This will also allow for parents to be more involved with having more specific communication on what students are doing in their ELA work.
