This is my first year at this colony. When I first met all of my students we soon realized a majority of them where extremely behind in reading and math. The majority of my day is spent on reading and math to help them get back on track! Having more book will help encourage my students to read more, which will improve their reading skills along with help them experience life outside of the colony. Technology is also very limited, so we can't just go on the computer and look up a book. We need physical materials to engage our students!

About my class
