In my class I will use iPad to make videos for all of our students because we know that they each have a unique home situation. All of my students are English Language Learners and will benefit greatly from the math videos as they can speed them up, slow them down, or translate them. Students with disabilities can also use the videos as an alternative representation of the class materials. These videos will make the math curriculum accessible to all of our students, and I need an iPad to make them! When we go back to normal students will also use the videos. Most of our students work at night, take care of younger siblings, or have children of their own. Some students travel on public transportation for up to an hour to get to school each morning- imagine if they could take that time to watch that day's lesson and get ahead?
