A reading carpet will make our room look more comfortable and homey. My students do not like to just sit in their desks. They are active. We include a lot of centers and exercises into our day. My students love to have reading group time in the reading center. My students also like to be read to at the end of each day. We do this in the reading center. We can relax and students can learn how to act in the reading center. My students love to learn, and they especially love to read. They feel special when they get to do their learning somewhere other than just their desks.
