The students in my class need contact with academic technology. There is a variety of English language and academic levels within my class. Introducing technology into the classroom will allow students to have more of their individual needs meet. Reading and vocabulary applications and websites can be used to support students better acquiring the English language. In addition to meeting the individual needs the tablets, with memory cards and slim cases, will support meeting our third grade standards. These tablets will allow the students to reach out into the world and discover so many possibilities that they may not even know exists! Developing research skills at a young age is key to creating future creative thinkers and leaders.
