My kinders need as much time being read to as possible. This will give them opportunity to hear fluent reading, be introduced to new vocabulary, practice left to right sweep and so much more! These iPods and headphones will create an easy to use listening center where up to 6 of my students, at any one time, can sit and listen to a story be read to them every single day. My kinders will be able to easily choose, a high quality, engaging, and age appropriate book all on their own. Not only strengthening my kinders pre-reading skills but also encouraging and developing their independence.
