My special education classroom gets the leftovers from all the general education classrooms. Having such a unique classroom with such a wide range of needs all in one place it is difficult to meet everyone’s needs in one room. These things will help the student all be able to access learning themselves! They can touch/write on/explore learning things themselves! Hands-on learning is so important. I have students that have vision challenges and students that have tactile challenges. Being able to write on/manipulate magnets on the whiteboard is very helpful. The pocket chart/Easel is good for sorting and writing. students working on things like name identification, Letter identification, color matching.
