My Kindergarten students are in great need of a larger carpet. Five year old students are very wiggly, mobile, and full of energy as they should be! We need a larger carpet for my students to have a more comfortable area to sit and work. With more room there will also be less arguments and accidentally kicking or stepping on fingers. We use our carpet as an area to sit and listen to stories, as a dance floor to keep active, as a place to curl up with our favorite books, or a place to read with our friends. I know my students would benefit tremendously from having a larger carpet!
