Our students are interested in machine learning. They want to be able to teach a computer how to teach itself. Amazon Web Services has created this DeepRacer as a way to do just that. With this project our students will be able to program the RC cars to be automated, and solve a real world machine learning problem in class. We will focus on learning how to program a computer to teach itself. These cars and the partnership with AWS will allow us to make a fully functioning automated scale model car. This technology is on the cutting edge of computer science.
