I am requesting 4 iPads to use with my English learners. With these iPads, there are limitless possibilities at the touch of their fingertips. One way I will be using iPads with students is creating a digital portfolio using the SeeSaw app. This app is user-friendly for all ages to share their learning through videos, photos, recording audio, using caption tools, and more. Many of my students sometimes lack the confidence to share what they know because of the language barrier. My students need the opportunity to build their speaking skills to gain confidence. They also would listen to stories, articles, and other audio to boost their listening skills. Not only that, but students will gain the exposure to a variety of tools that can assist them in and out of the classroom with an iPad.
