My students have been working on becoming articulate writers who make clear claims with valid evidence. Most of my students do not have access to computers at home. Having Chromebooks that they can take home to work on publishing their writing or completing presentations will help students complete their work in a timely manner and continue the enthusiasm they have in class. Having take-home Chromebooks will help build equity for my students to be competitive in 21st Century learning. Our goal is for students to be college and career ready. So much of education requires students being able to word process. Students will also be able to show their parents what we are doing in class. This will help to bringing the home school connection even closer.
