I teach a block schedule and 90 minutes can be a long time for students to sit in a traditional chair. Flexible seating would give students some room to get the wiggles out without having to leave their seats! I teach with a hands-on, project-based approach where students collaborate and learn together. Giving them the option to sit in flexible seating would make this experience easier for them to engage and have some mobility while still working together. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
