Utilizing a set of Chromebooks in student learning centers will create a wide-variety or learning opportunities in my classroom. Students will use the Chromebooks in a research center to gather information to create STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) projects and compile informative essays about the standards being taught. The Chromebooks will also enhance learning by providing an opportunity for collaboration between students using the Google Classroom. Google classroom allows students to interact through discussion boards, complete assignments online, and allows teachers to download learning applications in a variety of subjects to include: English / Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, and Science. Google Classroom also allows for a teachers to differentiate assignments for each student based upon their ability.
