With these 4 chrome books, 4 ipads and classroom rug that I am requesting, students will be able to rotate to this station and not only read from the stories downloaded from the Scholastic library, but they will also be able to work on i-Ready, Starfall, Accelerated Reader and other applications set for them, which target their individual needs. This differentiated experience will ensure the reading success for each child. From the most reluctant reader to the most advanced, the tablets will add something new and exciting to our classroom and will motivate my Kindergartners with evolving technology. These tablets will bring added technology into the classroom and allow students to explore reading on tablets, motivating them to apply the programs and the tools available to boost their success in literacy. They will also experience how our community has comes together to help THEM be successful in their education and they in turn will be able to express their appreciation for these donations to our classroom as well as their future goals.
