I teach amazing, funny, happy, smart, empathetic 2nd graders in an inner city school in New Orleans. Our school is brand new--only in its 3rd year. We may lack some resources, and starting a school from scratch is difficult, but the love and dedication of our teachers creates the most amazing learning environment for our children. Our students have a large range of academic abilities, but they are all excited about learning and loving towards each other.

About my class
