I teach 7th Grade Language Arts in a diverse school environment. My students are energetic, strong, and smart, each with their own unique qualities. The majority of my students receive free lunch, and are healthy, creative, and open to learning new concepts every day. Nutrition for children is based on the same core principles as nutrition for adults. The key is a healthy and appropriate balance of diet and exercise, as well as, a conducive lifestyle. Our Mission is to keep middle school students engaged in school and on track to post-secondary success.
