It will be life changing because it will allows me to reach each ability group on their level and as a result, the students will enjoy learning and being exposed to different cultures and technology which will push them forward in learning. All of the students will use the iPad for research. For RTI, my Tier 1 students will use the iPad to extend their learning. However, my Tier 2 and 3 students will use them for remediation such as HeadSprout and comprehension/fluency apps. By putting 5 iPads in my classroom, remediation time will be more efficient. I can provide one on one help to students that need it while effective (and specific) help is provided for others on the iPads. We can also use the scan feature to further promote learning through different activities.
