We need supplies to start a student-run business for our special needs students. Your donation will be used to start up a gift shop that our students can run. We plan on making customized items to sell for students and parents to purchase. These will include coffee mugs, t-shirts, baseball hats, etc. These supplies will allow our students to work in an environment that resembles a real-life business in the community. The skills learned here will benefit our students beyond school as it will give them the skills needed for employment and allow them to be productive members of their community. Additionally, money earned from this will be used to purchase classroom supplies, and for field trips to the community that will further improve their social, community and life skills.

About my class
