Having up-to-date iPads will greatly improve my students' classroom experience. I teach 4 classes of Science/Social Studies, with 6 groups of students in each class. I will be able to provide small group instruction for one group at a time while the other 5 groups are engaged in various learning activities assigned to them. They will no longer experience frustration when certain apps, games, and websites won't work, and they will be able to work cooperatively as they create projects with the up-to-date technology of these iPads. There are many activities, apps, projects, etc., that are educationally sound that I cannot assign and my students cannot experience because our current technology is out-of-date.
