My classroom is located in a rural area of Mississippi. My classroom consists of seven students with various disabilities. Flexible seating is needed for our classroom. The flexible seating would give the students a choice of seating. The choice of seating will help them focus and learn better. Most of my students are nonverbal as well as autistic. Have the students have a variety of seating will help with their sensory needs. Once you get their sensory needs met, learning will be able to occur.
