My students need basic school supplies for Spanish class, such as glue sticks, colored pencils, scissors, dry erase markers and erasers, and tissues for when they are getting sick. To express creativity and enhance the learning of Spanish, my students use interactive notebooks in class daily. Students make foldables, coloring, cutting, and gluing into their interactive notebooks. They also reflect on their learning, gluing in their assessments and making corrections. For assessments, students need dry erase markers to mark the correct answer on their laminated bubble sheets and erasers to erase their bubble sheets. In addition, a document camera is beneficial for our classroom because it can display student work, reduces the number of paper copies needed for students, and saves images for later use to be posted online for students and parents. Students can better understand and visualize content presented, and allow students to show off their creativity and improve their presentation skills.
