The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students are one of the most elemental things for learning: Spanish fiction and non-fiction books. We are in need of books in Spanish for our full immersion class. With these books, I'll be able to send them home so they can practice and also work with them in centers. In our cart are enough engaging books to rotate and send home so every student will be able to experience a new reading each week and also answer questions to reflect and get a deeper understanding. These families don't have any resources in Spanish, so it will help them to practice in their second language. All supplies in Spanish will make our class more suitable for learning and so reaching our goal of being fluent and comprehensive Spanish readers. Learning a second language is not easy but extremely beneficial for our lives. These children are having a unique opportunity in their lives. With your help, they will have the resources to learn and engage more with Spanish. With this, we will start a journey to a dream. That is to have a full equipped Spanish immersion classroom ready to offer unforgettable and significant learning experiences.
