The students in my Special Education Resource classroom are generally reading at least two levels below grade level. However, they are exposed to grade-level curriculum and expected to be successful, as best as possible, with individualized instruction, as well as teacher supports and interventions. The C-Pen Exam Reader will allow students to take turns reading grade level content independently. Additionally, it will be extremely beneficial to my students who are also English Language Learners. By hearing words and lines of text read aloud will reinforce correct syntax and pronunciation of words.

About my class
