My students feel that they would develop many skills by having these activities available to them. Our school already has the TRX brackets but no equipment to use with them. Most of the students have never been exposed to TRX training due to the expense and lack of exposure. They would learn teamwork by participating in group activities such as circuit training. They would learn leadership skills by having to step outside their comfort zone and they would learn problem solving skills. They would also gain academic skills. When students participate in hand eye coordination and fine motor activities, it increases their brain development, thought processes and ability to retain information. Students that participate in outdoor physical activity have a greater ability to concentrate in a classroom environment. The basketballs provide the students the opportunity to be together and be active at the same time. They thrive on physical activity among their peers.
