My students have to sit for long periods of time during the day. I have the opportunity to teach them reading and writing each day! Often when they come to me, they need to move. My classroom is small without a lot of room, but we spread out and get into more comfortable spaces while reading and writing. I would love Wobble Stools for some of my more active friends who have a difficult time sitting still and concentrating for long periods of time. Research shows brains are more active when your body is able to move! I also hope Wobble Stools will alleviate some unwanted classroom behaviors by allowing kids to move in appropriate ways!
