Please help my students to improve their literacy! I teach 11th grade English in the inner city. Our school's population is entirely Latino and African American, and all of our students are living at or near the poverty line. We have a huge deficit in literacy. This is partly due to language barriers, however, the lack of resources adds to the problem.
