I plan on using an iPad in my small groups to teach my students several different skills such as letter naming, counting, adding, subtracting, reading, etc. We would use the iPad to play games and do other online activities. I feel that this would engage the students and help them stay focused and excited about learning. Students love to use technology, and they know a lot about it already. Using something that the students are excited about and relate to will really help motivate them to learn the topic at hand. This is something they could do individually or as a small group.
