My students will know that their teachers want them to learn by providing an environment where they can have the chance to thrive as well as take care of themselves. Through these experiences and the curriculum, they will learn more about themselves and the world. Students will be able to sit comfortably in a quiet environment and read the novels that are assigned in my class. The school I teach at has a very clear mission and believes that when teachers capture students' hearts, they also capture students' minds. When teachers strive to make their classrooms inviting and fun, but also educational, it provides motivation and lasting memories.
