I am asking for a lot of "little things" that make a big difference! My classroom started out completely empty except for furniture and some books. Thanks to help from school staff, parents, and my own funds, I've been slowly accumulating the things we need for daily learning. The items I am requesting will simply make routines and tasks of the day more pleasant and organized, as well as fill in certain gaps we have in keeping the classroom well-stocked. I am asking for a 3-tier paper tray to make turning in and organizing student work more manageable. The rolling drawer cart and storage containers of various sizes will help me and students keep supplies organized and accessible. Some reusable dry-erase pockets allow me to create a special place to display student work. Our classroom library could use a couple of beanbags to make it a comfortable place to read and work. We have twice-weekly "Genius Time" in which students are free to build, draw, make, and generally get creative - that's where various educational building materials like Magna-Tiles and connecting straws come in! Items like these and many more will help make our classroom an engaging and enriching learning environment. Thank you for your donation!
