I am so excited to be a part of the new Butler University Laboratory School! I graduated from Butler University in 2016. This will be my third year teaching, and my first year at the Butler Lab School. I have previously taught 3rd and 1st grades in IPS. I am looking forward to getting to know my students and start building relationships. Our class will learn a lot about each other this year. We (student, family, and teacher) will be working as a team together to make the best possible experience. I plan to build a strong and trusting relationship with the student and the family. At the Lab School, we try to start building this relationship through family visits. These are brief, informal meetings that will happen toward the end of the summer. I am really looking forward to meeting students and families during this time. I look forward to meeting my students this summer, and having a successful year!
