My classroom has students with many different learning styles that need different accommodations in order to meet their full learning potential. Most of my students need to be physically engaged to be able to fully understand and comprehend what they are learning. We are a classroom that likes to wiggle and need flexible seating arrangements to be able to support our movements. When a student just needs to be able to wiggle a little, we can use a wiggle seat to allow for the movement with little distraction to others. Some of my students need to be able stand while they are working at their desks because they like to move their arms. We are also working on self-regulation and our social skills in our classroom and need a comfortable cool down area that we can go to when we just need to take a break. Our classroom is all about supporting all of our students and their learning needs.
