Thank you for visiting our page and considering a donation toward a well deserved class environment! This is my 10th year teaching and 8th year teaching in a Title 1, with free and reduced lunch school, and my first time using Donor's Choose. Our district's goal is to go 100% digital by 2017, but my school is without smart boards and we have no more than four obsolete desktop computers within in our primary classrooms. Our school is asking us to go to a "20-20-20" math model in which students are independently working in project-based centers. Many of the great resources available for this teaching model need computers or tablets and we do not have enough of these resources. Even the six year old tablet I have, cannot open the links available from our districts MTP website that would be ideal to use in our teacher pull out station or center. Any donation is appreciated.
