This beginner robotics kit will inspire our students to study science and technology. Our students will use this basic set to learn how to create and work together to complete basic technological projects in the library. They will be more excited to come to library knowing they will be working on the robots. We will also have our students do research about robotics and its role in modern life. Students will then do presentations on the work that they do with the robots. An added bonus will be showing our younger students the robots and inspiring them to study technology. All of this will expose our students to technology as a makerspace in our future ready library. It will also encourage them to compete in robotics in high school.
