My students will use the Kindles to help them practice their literacy skills that are being taught in the classroom. They can listen to literature and play word work interactive games. This can be done independently during their literacy center block or during a whole class lesson. With the STEM activities, I can incorporate science into my literature lessons and have students broaden their thinking. They can enjoy the hands on activities while thinking of their favorite fairy tale characters and how they can help them. All these activities will make learning fun and memorable while building the student's knowledge of technology and science.
