My students are all English Learners which means that they are learning English while also learning all the curriculum and standards in their classes. My job is to make the curriculum more accessible to them. This has been extremely difficult to do through distance learning. An iPad has great features that will help me scaffold lessons, add pictures and videos, and highlight/emphasize key aspects in clear and concise ways on Schoology and Nearpod. In addition, it will allow me to be available to all my students at all times, wherever they're learning.
