We utilize independent reading time during our English Language Arts Instructional time. I will use these books and the organizational cart for my students to book shop! They get to select 5 books that they think look amazing and read them for a week. Books get over loved with time and need replacing! My library is over 20 years old and many books are torn, ripped or appear old or out of date. The best part about getting new books is that I get to give away some of my old books to students that might not have books to read at home! It’s a win-win for all of us!
