My students love listening to stories read aloud to them. These books will serve as a great jumping off point to science lessons by motivating and engaging my students. These books will be used during a kindergarten International Baccalaureate unit on sharing the planet which focuses on teaching students that caretakers ensure there is a balance between the human impact on earth and the needs of plants and animals. Your generous donation will help my students master Next Generation Science Standards by using each student's natural sense of curiosity and wonder to help guide them through an inquiry based investigation process.
