My students are eager to explore all aspects of Environmental Science AP. The human population has inflicted numerous problems in our environment and the need to educate our students has never been more important. Specifically, the kits will address vehicle exhaust and the affect of combustion engines on the atmosphere and climate change. Acid rain causes and affects are the focus of another lab kit. And over-population seen in a small aquatic plant community can be applied to other populations as resources are seen to dwindle. These supplies will allow my students to investigate over-population, acid rain, waste-water management, and air pollution through hands-on, visual activities that aid their understanding of the topics. Your support is vital to the success of our program and every dollar is appreciated.
