A majority of my students come from low-income families, many from single parent households. These boys and girls are very hungry to learn and gain new knowledge. Our school is a Title 1 school that feeds each child breakfast in the morning, as well as supplies snacks, provide backpacks with food on the weekends, school supplies, clothes to our students and their families that are in need. I want to help our students know that their social emotional learning is as important as their academics.

About my class

A majority of my students come from low-income families, many from single parent households. These boys and girls are very hungry to learn and gain new knowledge.
