My Kindergartners including my ESL (English as a Second Language) students would use the tablets during daily reading and math workshops. There are several apps that will allow the students to complete reading and math lessons on their current academic level, read books, play games and provide opportunities to be challenged academically. The students will use the tablets during independent and small group time. The donations will allow the students to learn, reinforce, and challenge based on their ability. The tablets will be used daily during workshop/center rotations which will give the students more opportunities to engage in meaningful activities.
