In our classroom, we are short on space and high in spirit! With 34 students in one classroom, it can be difficult for our first graders to engage in the lesson when they have so much built up energy. Our students need to be able to move in a way that works with our space. By adding flexible seating to our classroom, our hope is for increased focus from our students by allowing them the opportunity to move while they work. Movement can be a powerful force when engaging young students. By utilizing wobble chairs and balance ball seats, our students will have improved posture, stronger cores, and renewed focus!

About my class
