How frustrating would it be if you couldn't tell people what you needed? In my special education classroom I have students that need help with being able to communicate with those around them. Through special downloadable programs that can be placed onto an iPad, these students would be able to press an Icon to express their needs. This eliminates frustration between the student and teacher. My classroom does not have iPads for these students to use for their communication needs. These iPads would also be used for a number of purposes to facilitate their learning and higher levels of communication.
