My students need wobble chairs, area rug, floor pillows and bouncy bands for alternative seating options to optimize their learning. My students attend a self-contained learning disabilities classroom. They have a wide range of disabilities, from Emotionally Disabled to Cognitively Impaired. Most come from low-income, single-parent households. It's sometimes difficult to comprehend all the struggles they face on a day-to-day basis. My students need floor pillows, an area rug, reading chairs, and foot rests to help increase their time-on-task and love for learning! The supplies on this wish list will greatly increase the learning in my classroom. My students have a wide range of disabilities, making learning more challenging. To have furniture such as: foot rests and floor cushions, will increase my students' time on task.
