We are in dire need of a full set of easy to use calculators. We are sharing a set of mismatched free calculators and some of the TI-108's but all the variations are very difficult to understand and can lead to frustrations. We also need durable headphones to utilize our classroom technology and read aloud programs. I purchased our current set on my own last year and they are beginning to fall apart. We have students with significant sensory needs and some have learned to use a bungee chair to help them calm down when overwhelmed. The squeeze feeling can calm them down. Our current chair is moving to another school and needs to be replaced. We try to keep our classroom clean so everyone can stay healthy, especially in the winter. Since we have some students with weakened immune systems, the flu can be very dangerous.
