My Kindergarteners come to school full of energy! They are eager to learn and socialize, but just like adults, get tired of sitting in hard chairs all day! My students are in need of more flexible seating options to promote engagement and learning in the classroom. Rather than sitting in a hard, plastic chair, students can bounce on exercise balls, stand, and wiggle. Some of the seating options that will be provided with this project are wobble cushions, wobble stools, bouncy bands, and exercise balls. All of these options will give my students the opportunity to sit comfortably and move around while they are learning. This project would significantly help my Kindergarteners stay engaged in the classroom throughout the day! Flexible seating options will help them feel comfortable and at home in the classroom! I am excited to see all the amazing things we can do with flexible seating!
