When children work in smaller differentiated groups they are given the opportunity to work cooperatively with and learn together with their peers. The children also gain a sense of responsibility and independence working in groups. While my students work in groups I can conference with other students and or lead smaller guided groups. Having these easels will help greatly during our group work time. The easels will allow for the tasks to be constantly displayed so that the children know what is expected. This will help them complete their tasks. These materials would be an asset to our classroom .
