I provide reading interventions to students that are 2 to 3 grade levels behind. The program that I use is intensive, research-based, one on one instruction to remediate literacy foundational skills. For the past two years, 70% my students have achieved at least two year's growth using this program. The use of tablets will allow me to service more students. The program has apps that can be downloaded to tablets. I will be able to service up to five students at one time. Thus, my students will continue to receive intensive differentiated instructions while at the same time experience engaging hands-on digital learning.
