Flexible seating helps reduce anxiety in children and teens which increases their overall well-being. Some students learn best while standing and others need the chance to wiggle or wobble. Tangles, also known as fidgets, allow students to self-regulate and focus on teacher instruction The opportunity for movement gives students a chance to focus and complete daily assignments. Since the pandemic started children have struggled to learn at the rate they are expected. They need to feel comfortable in their learning environment to be successful and flexible seating provides this opportunity.
