The mobile devices will provide my students access to important language at critical learning developmental stages of early childhood. Language development in early childhood are the scaffolds for later learning. When a child cannot see text clearly, they are denied access to learning. Auditory reading allows students to participate and grow in classroom activities within normal child development timelines Auditory reading provides appropriate supports for students with visual reading challenges. Some of my students with the most severe visual impairments will use mp3 players to only listen to and comprehend reading materials. Other students with less visual limitations will benefit from using tablets that can provide both auditory and visual content.
